Vendor Registration

Vendor Policies and Rules - PLEASE READ

  1. Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis and priority will be given to returning vendors.  Space is limited.

  2. Vendor fee is $200, (or $100 per day), should be provided with registration prior to the event and is non-refundable of weather or cancellation.  Please make payment below or via Venmo to @Kaiofoundation.  

  3. NO PRE-PACKAGED FOOD ITEMS OR DRINKS ARE TO BE SOLD.

  4. Vendors will be assigned one 10x10 space per registration.  We will provide 1 table and 2 chairs per registration.  Vendors will need to provide any and all other necessary booth materials and equipment.  Booth setup, storage of merchandise and tear-down are the sole responsibility of the vendor.

  5. You will receive confirmation and approval of your participation upon receipt of a completed application and payment.  The organizing committee reserves the right to reject registrations based on specific criteria, content or otherwise.

  6. Vendors may begin setting up as early as 8:00am, Friday, October 10, 2025. Breakdown is completely at your own discretion.

  7. All vendors will be located inside the Rio Las Vegas Hotel & Casino, at the front of the entrance to the Kumukahi festival.

  8. All vendor booths should be set up and ready to open by 10:00am. Doors will open to the public at 10:00am. No booths are allowed to sell prior to 10:00am.
